VPN Server Hub provides a virtual private network (VPN) service utilizing multiple secure protocols to enhance your online privacy and security. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis across Android and iOS devices. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Orban Tech reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service immediately and without notice if you violate this Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Subscriptions and Advertising

  • Advertising: VPN Server Hub is supported by third-party advertising. By using the free or ad-supported versions of the Service, you consent to the display of advertisements.

  • Payments: Any premium subscriptions or in-app purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the respective terms of those platforms.

Your privacy is important to us. As detailed in our Privacy Policy, we operate under a strict no-activity-logs policy regarding your network traffic and browsing history. However, we do collect specific account data and operational session data (such as connection timestamps and bandwidth usage) to manage your profile and ensure network stability. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive to provide a secure and reliable service, Orban Tech makes no guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee that the Service will successfully bypass all geographic restrictions or content filters at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orban Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chhattisgarh, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
