1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the VPN Server Hub application and associated backend infrastructure (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Orban Tech (also operating as Orban InfoTech) ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download, install, or use our Service.
2. Description of Service
VPN Server Hub provides a virtual private network (VPN) service utilizing multiple secure protocols to enhance your online privacy, encryption, and data security. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis across supported Android and iOS devices. We reserve the right to modify, update, optimize, or discontinue elements of the Service at our sole discretion without prior notice.
3. User Accounts and Security
To use certain features or premium tiers of the Service, you must register an account using your Name, Email Address, and Device ID.
Account Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and active sessions.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration.
Termination & Deletion: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or exhibit suspicious, network-impairing activity. You have the right to delete your account and wipe all associated data at any time via the in-app settings or through our secure web portal at

You agree to use the VPN Server Hub Service exclusively for lawful purposes. While connected to our infrastructure, you strictly agree NOT to:
Use the Service for any illegal, illicit, or unauthorized purposes, including downloading or sharing copyrighted material without authorization.
Engage in malicious network activities that distribute malware, spam, ransomware, or participate in denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
Attempt to scan, hack, bypass, brute-force, or disrupt the security and operations of our server hubs, networks, or administrative systems.
Use the network to target, harass, threaten, or cause harm to others.
Orban Tech reserves the right to terminate your network access immediately, without refund or notice, if you violate this Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal, and Advertising
Advertising: Free or promotional tiers of VPN Server Hub are supported by third-party advertising. By using these tiers, you consent to the delivery of advertisements within the mobile client.
In-App Purchases: Premium subscriptions are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Mandatory Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms (App Store Compliance): If you purchase an auto-renewing premium subscription tier:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID / iTunes Account or Google Play Account at the confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, identifying the explicit cost of the renewal.
Subscriptions may be managed, and auto-renewal may be turned off, by navigating to your respective App Store or Google Play Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a premium subscription to that tier, where applicable.
6. Privacy and Data Usage
Your privacy is fundamental to our operations. As detailed in our Privacy Policy, we operate under a strict no-activity-logs policy regarding your network traffic, DNS queries, and destination browsing history. We do collect limited profile data and non-identifying operational session metrics (such as connection timestamps and bandwidth usage) to manage active device allowances and maintain network performance. Your use of the App constitutes consent to this structural data processing.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
While we engineer our infrastructure to provide a highly secure and reliable environment, Orban Tech makes no guarantees that the Service will be completely uninterrupted, universally accessible, or error-free. We do not warrant or guarantee that the Service will successfully bypass local content blocks, network firewalls, or geographic filters at all times, as connectivity depends on local ISP conditions and network variables beyond our operational control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orban Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data availability, or other intangible losses resulting from your deployment, use of, or inability to use the VPN Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chhattisgarh, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions arising from this agreement must be filed within the jurisdiction of local courts in Chhattisgarh.
