At Orban Tech (operating as Orban InfoTech), safeguarding your privacy and securing your data is our highest priority. This Security Policy explains the technical and organizational measures we use to protect the VPN Server Hub application, our server infrastructure, and your personal information.
1. VPN Infrastructure and Tunnel Security
We engineer our network to ensure that your internet traffic remains private and secure from interception.
Industry-Standard Protocols: We utilize state-of-the-art, secure tunneling protocols—including WireGuard, V2Ray, OpenVPN, Outline, and IKEv2—to establish secure connections between your device and our servers.
Robust Encryption: All data transmitted through our VPN tunnels is protected using advanced, bank-grade encryption standards (such as AES-256). This ensures your traffic cannot be deciphered by ISPs, malicious actors, or network administrators.
Server Hardening: Our global server hubs are continuously monitored and hardened against unauthorized access, DDoS attacks, and known vulnerabilities.
2. Data Protection and Storage
Because we operate under a strict no-activity-logs policy, your browsing history, DNS queries, and traffic content are never tracked or stored. For the minimal account data we do require:
Encryption at Rest: The limited personal information required for account management (Name, Email Address, Device ID) and operational session data (connection timestamps, bandwidth usage) are stored in secure databases protected by encryption at rest.
Secure Transmission: All communication between the mobile app and our backend infrastructure is secured using HTTPS/TLS encryption.
3. How to Delete Your User Account and Data
You have complete control over your personal data. If you no longer wish to use our Service, you can request the permanent deletion of your account, which will erase your Name, Email Address, Device ID, and associated session data from our active databases.
You can delete your account using either of the following methods:
Method A: Deletion via the Mobile App (Recommended)
Open the VPN Server Hub app on your Android or iOS device.
Navigate to the Settings or Profile menu.
Tap on the Delete Account option.
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your decision. Your account and data will be processed for immediate deletion.
Method B: Deletion via Email Support If you no longer have access to the app, you can request manual account deletion:
Send an email to support@vpnserverhub.com from the email address associated with your account.
Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
Include your account Name and the Email address registered with us in the body of the email.
Our support team will process your request and confirm the deletion within 7 business days.
4. Access Controls
We strictly limit access to our backend systems to ensure your data is protected from internal threats.
Only authorized personnel who require access to perform their specific job functions (e.g., server maintenance or customer support) are granted access to our administrative backend.
All administrative access requires multi-factor authentication (MFA) and is conducted through secure, encrypted channels.
5. Third-Party Security
We carefully vet all third-party services integrated into our app.
Tools used for crash reporting, analytics, or advertising are restricted to the minimal access required to function and must comply with our strict privacy standards.
We do not process or store your payment card details on our servers. All subscription transactions are securely handled by Apple and Google’s encrypted payment gateways.
6. Vulnerability Management
We employ automated monitoring tools to detect anomalous behavior across our network in real-time. We regularly update our server operating systems, VPN protocol software, and app dependencies to patch known security vulnerabilities.
