Orban Tech (also operating as Orban InfoTech) built the VPN Server Hub app as a Commercial app. This service is provided by Orban Tech and is intended for use "as is" across Android and iOS devices.

This page informs users regarding our policies with the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of Personal Information for anyone using our Service.

1. Information Collection and Use

We are committed to your privacy. While we require certain information to manage your account and maintain network performance, VPN Server Hub operates under a strict no-activity-logs policy for your network traffic.

VPN Traffic & Activity (What we DO NOT collect): We utilize multiple secure protocols to route your traffic, but we do not track, log, or store your browsing history, destination websites, data content, IP addresses, or DNS queries. We do not sell your VPN traffic data to third parties.
Account & Profile Data (What we DO collect): To manage your user profile and provide support, we collect your Name, Email Address, and Device ID.
Session & Operational Data: To monitor server performance and manage user connections, we record connection/disconnection timestamps and total bandwidth usage. This data is strictly tied to session management and does not contain any information about your online activities or the contents of your data traffic.

2. Advertising

Our app is supported by advertising. To provide these ads, we partner with third-party advertising networks. These networks may collect and use certain data, including your Device ID and advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), to serve relevant ads. You can manage your ad tracking preferences or opt-out of personalized ads directly through your iOS or Android device settings.

3. Log Data and Diagnostics

Whenever you use our Service, in the event of an app crash, we collect data and information on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use, and crash reports. You can opt out of sharing diagnostic data through your Apple or Android device settings.

4. Third-Party Services

VPN Server Hub uses third-party services for crash reporting, analytics, payment processing (Apple and Google), and advertising. These third-party providers have their own Privacy Policies regarding how they handle data. We ensure all integrated third-party SDKs comply with both Apple App Store and Google Play Developer Program Policies.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal profile and session information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@vpnserverhub.com or through the in-app account deletion feature.

We use industry-standard encryption protocols to secure your data in transit. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the VPN Server Hub application ("Service"), provided by Orban Tech (also operating as Orban InfoTech), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

VPN Server Hub provides a virtual private network (VPN) service utilizing multiple secure protocols to enhance your online privacy and security. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis across Android and iOS devices. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service at our sole discretion without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Security

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to register an account using your Name, Email Address, and Device ID.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or exhibit suspicious activity.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the VPN Server Hub Service. While using our app, you strictly agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any illegal, illicit, or unauthorized purposes, including downloading or sharing copyrighted material without permission.
Engage in activities that distribute malware, spam, or participate in denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.

Payments: Any premium subscriptions or in-app purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the respective terms of those platforms.

6. Privacy and Data Usage

Your privacy is important to us. As detailed in our Privacy Policy, we operate under a strict no-activity-logs policy regarding your network traffic and browsing history. However, we do collect specific account data and operational session data (such as connection timestamps and bandwidth usage) to manage your profile and ensure network stability. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive to provide a secure and reliable service, Orban Tech makes no guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee that the Service will successfully bypass all geographic restrictions or content filters at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orban Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

At Orban Tech (operating as Orban InfoTech), safeguarding your privacy and securing your data is our highest priority. This Security Policy explains the technical and organizational measures we use to protect the VPN Server Hub application, our server infrastructure, and your personal information.

1. VPN Infrastructure and Tunnel Security

We engineer our network to ensure that your internet traffic remains private and secure from interception.

Industry-Standard Protocols: We utilize state-of-the-art, secure tunneling protocols—including WireGuard, V2Ray, OpenVPN, Outline, and IKEv2—to establish secure connections between your device and our servers.
Robust Encryption: All data transmitted through our VPN tunnels is protected using advanced, bank-grade encryption standards (such as AES-256). This ensures your traffic cannot be deciphered by ISPs, malicious actors, or network administrators.
Server Hardening: Our global server hubs are continuously monitored and hardened against unauthorized access, DDoS attacks, and known vulnerabilities.

2. Data Protection and Storage

Because we operate under a strict no-activity-logs policy, your browsing history, DNS queries, and traffic content are never tracked or stored. For the minimal account data we do require:

Encryption at Rest: The limited personal information required for account management (Name, Email Address, Device ID) and operational session data (connection timestamps, bandwidth usage) are stored in secure databases protected by encryption at rest.
Secure Transmission: All communication between the mobile app and our backend infrastructure is secured using HTTPS/TLS encryption.

3. How to Delete Your User Account and Data

You have complete control over your personal data. If you no longer wish to use our Service, you can request the permanent deletion of your account, which will erase your Name, Email Address, Device ID, and associated session data from our active databases.

You can delete your account using either of the following methods:

Method A: Deletion via the Mobile App (Recommended)

Open the VPN Server Hub app on your Android or iOS device.
Navigate to the Settings or Profile menu.
Tap on the Delete Account option.
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your decision. Your account and data will be processed for immediate deletion.

Method B: Deletion via Email Support If you no longer have access to the app, you can request manual account deletion:

Send an email to support@vpnserverhub.com from the email address associated with your account.
Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
Include your account Name and the Email address registered with us in the body of the email.
Our support team will process your request and confirm the deletion within 7 business days.

4. Access Controls

We strictly limit access to our backend systems to ensure your data is protected from internal threats.

Only authorized personnel who require access to perform their specific job functions (e.g., server maintenance or customer support) are granted access to our administrative backend.
All administrative access requires multi-factor authentication (MFA) and is conducted through secure, encrypted channels.

5. Third-Party Security

We carefully vet all third-party services integrated into our app.

Tools used for crash reporting, analytics, or advertising are restricted to the minimal access required to function and must comply with our strict privacy standards.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal document between you ("User" or "you") and Orban Tech (also operating as Orban InfoTech) ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Agreement governs your use of the VPN Server Hub mobile application (the "App"), including all related documentation and updates.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Orban Tech grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the usage rules established by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

Modify or Reverse Engineer: Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the App.
Copy or Distribute: Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform the App, or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.
Commercialize: Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party.
Misuse: Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or use the App in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including but not limited to its code, design, logos, and functionality, is licensed, not sold, to you. Orban Tech retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all related intellectual property rights. There are no implied licenses granted under this Agreement.

4. Privacy, Subscriptions, and Advertising

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. By using the App, you acknowledge that while we maintain a strict no-activity-logs policy for your VPN traffic, we do collect minimal device data, account information, and session/bandwidth data for operational and profile management purposes. Furthermore, you acknowledge that the App is supported by third-party advertising, which may utilize your Device ID to serve ads.

5. App Store and Google Play Dependencies

This Agreement is concluded between you and Orban Tech only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple") or Google LLC ("Google"). Orban Tech, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the App and its content.

Maintenance and Support: Orban Tech is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App. Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services.
Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Apple will have the right to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Orban Tech. We may suspend or terminate this Agreement at any time and without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your mobile devices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," with all faults and without warranty of any kind. Orban Tech disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the operation of the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Orban Tech be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chhattisgarh, India, excluding its conflict of law principles.
